Assalaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatu,

My name is Marwa Aly. I have been a Muslim Chaplain since 2007 alhamdulillah. My parents originate from Alexandria, Egypt.  I completed my BA in Philosophy and Middle Eastern Studies and I currently attend a Seminary . I want this blog to be a forum where I share ideas, reflections, quandaries, and also updates on the Muslim communities at both Wesleyan University and Trinity College…(where I serve).

I am also active in MAS (Muslim American Society). The members of this movement have helped me a great deal in shaping my thoughts on a truly authentic Muslim-American narrative and for that, I am deeply grateful.
